Rokid describes the Style as display-free AI glasses. Instead of projecting information into the lens, the product focuses on a camera, microphones, open-ear audio and voice interaction. The result is closer to connected everyday eyewear than a private cinema or mixed-reality headset.
The official product page lists a 38.5-gram frame, a 12 MP first-person camera and several prescription and lens options. Low weight is encouraging, but comfort still depends on head shape, hinges, nose fit and any fitted lenses.
Evaluate the invisible parts
Audio quality, microphone pickup and the companion software determine much of the value. Test calls outdoors, voice commands in noise, transfer of captured media and the reliability of the AI services you intend to use.
A camera creates responsibilities even when the frame looks ordinary. Learn how recording is signaled, ask permission where appropriate and follow workplace or venue rules. Review where media and voice data are stored rather than assuming that all processing happens on the glasses.
A clear category decision
Choose the Style when hands-free capture, calls and audio-led assistance matter more than seeing directions or captions in the lens. Choose display-equipped glasses when visual information is central, accepting the additional weight and power demands.
