Start with the audience
The 16-inch and 27-inch models serve related but different jobs. The smaller display is easier to place on a desk, transport for demonstrations and dedicate to a single creator or a small cluster of viewers. The 27-inch model gives content more physical presence and is easier to use in a meeting, exhibit or customer-facing installation.
Size alone does not make a spatial image better. The decision should include viewing distance, expected audience flow and the physical scale of the subject. A jewelry model and a vehicle configurator do not demand the same canvas.
Workflow and total cost
Both displays depend on a suitable content pipeline and host computer. Before ordering, verify the current GPU requirements, ports, orientation and software support on the manufacturer's documentation. Budget for the workstation, protective transport, mounting and asset preparation—not just the panel.

Choose the 16-inch when portability, desk use and controlled one-to-few viewing dominate. Choose the 27-inch when the installation needs more physical impact, a larger viewing area and better visibility in a shared environment.
For procurement, request a live demonstration with the same asset on both sizes. The most expensive mistake is buying the larger model before proving that the content and viewing geometry benefit from it.
