What to know before buying
R1 is relevant to a gaming-display buyer who wants the package that XREAL lists with a ROG Dock, rather than assuming the purchase is glasses alone. Fit selection is an important part of that decision: the store offers two IPD ranges.
Confirm device compatibility, required accessories, comfort or fit, warranty coverage and the complete delivered price. Manufacturer specifications describe capability; they do not guarantee that every workflow will suit every buyer.

Who is this for / who should skip it
ROG XREAL R1 is aimed at a gaming-focused buyer whose supported handheld or PC workflow can make practical use of the documented XREAL integration. An occasional film viewer should compare less specialized personal displays before accepting that positioning as necessary. The glasses also do not replace a shared television or establish compatibility with every gaming device. Identify the exact source, charging and adapter requirements together with the selected package. Its price record includes an outdated shipping message on the source, so a current delivery estimate matters before planning an event or trip around the purchase.
Model-specific limits and trade-offs
The store still displays an estimated September 2026 shipping line. A past estimate does not establish present stock or dispatch. Confirm delivery separately. The supplied lens frame contains non-prescription lenses; do not treat it as a completed prescription order.
Product documentation reviewed October 26, 2026. The price check above keeps its separate verification date.
